35 Lines warrants its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service subject to the below conditions and from the date of original receipt for the period listed on the chart below:

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased the product from a 35 Lines authorized dealer;
  • You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from the 35 Lines authorized dealer;
  • You must return the product to 35 Lines; and
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

Normal wear and tear (including chips and scratches, abrasions, discolorations or fading due to usage or exposure to sunlight or washing) is not covered by our warranty. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, water damage or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions will not be covered by the warranty.

Factory seconds, discounted or second-hand products or products purchased from third party retailers such as those on Amazon or on eBay are not covered by our warranty.

Products used commercially, that are abused or misused, or products that are structurally altered or subject to undue stress beyond the physical limits of the materials are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of the product or from any malfunction. Under no circumstance will 35 Lines be responsible for any amount of damages beyond the amount paid for the product at retail. 35 Lines will not be held liable for the contents of any cooler should it fail to operate as advertised.

We will make every effort to replace limited edition or discontinued products but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement. Any limited edition or discontinued product still under its applicable warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product will be replaced with the equivalent model based on availability.

35 Lines  reserves the right to change product models and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already complete products, or those in the hands of retailers or consumers. 35 Lines products repaired or replaced under warranty may or may not incorporate such changes.

The warranty shall not apply to any product, or component thereof, which is not returned according to our warranty policy and return procedures. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Please carefully review any online care instructions for proper use and care.

Proof of purchase must be provided upon request in order to verify warranty coverage. Please retain purchase receipts for your records.

Ice Retention Warranty 

35 Lines will replace or fix your cooler/drinkware if no ice is remaining after the minimum number of days/hours your coolers/drinkware should be holding ice based on the following control procedures. Please note we may require you to submit pictures of you performing the following control tests and provide us with the results. There are many variables that will affect ice retention including pre-chilling the cooler, the ice quality, ice quantity, type of ice, outside environment, exposure to sunlight, etc. Due to these variables, the ice retention can range from a couple of days and last up to 10+ days. The following are minimum days for warranty testing control testing.

Testing Procedures

  1. Pre chill and prepare the cooler/drinkware.
  2. Completely fill the cooler/drinkware with ice, close and lock the lid shut.
  3. Place the cooler/drinkware indoors at an average temperature of no more than 80 degrees.
  4. Lift the coolers once a day and shut the cooler within 30 seconds of opening.
  5. Utilizing the above process, your cooler/drinkware should have some ice remaining after the following number of days/hours:

Submitting & Processing a Warranty Request for Service

As with our regular 14-day return policy, you will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping the defective item(s) for your request for warranty service both to and from the 35 Lines Returns Service Center located in Columbia KY. All warranty returns must be processed through our Online Return Center. Return shipping costs are at your expense and non-refundable. If it is determined that the returned item is not covered by the warranty, you will be charged a return shipping fee equal to 20% of the retail value of the returned item(s) subject to a $10 minimum charge. 35 Lines is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once the return is received at our warehouse, please allow 2 weeks for us to process your warranty return.

We may need to contact you to gather more information about your return and determine whether or not the damage is covered by the warranty.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED; AND (C) IN NO EVENT SHALL 35 LINES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty is only available in the United States. No 35 Lines reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. 35 Lines will either repair or replace any broken or defective product, at our sole option. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER.
