With over 100,000 campsites in 900 campgrounds  -- and the best most popular campgrounds located right on the beach -- this destination could be a great spot to warm up this winter.

According to VisitFlorida.Com, camping right on the beach near the waves is prohibited to protect wildlife, but most beach campsites are located in sheltered areas just behind the sand dunes so a dip in the water is usually just a short walk away.
